If not, IntelliCorp would like to inform you that there is a new Summary of Consumer Rights document available and all our samples forms have this new document incorporated. This includes Disclosures, Authorizations, Pre-Adverse and Adverse Action Forms.
It is imperative that organizations begin to use the new version of the Summary of Consumer Rights document as Congress passed a law that goes into effect Friday, September 21, 2018 where individuals need to be notified of their rights to obtain a security freeze.
The Identity Theft Notice has also been updated and revised.
