IntelliCorp Business Continuity 

ALL CLIENTS:

Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, IntelliCorp has decided to allow our employees to work remotely. 

IntelliCorp has contingency planning for all employees and our technology. Any localized quarantine will not impact our ability to provide continuous service. We’ve also been in contact with our vendors to ensure they have their own tested and ready contingency plans.

There are some items that will be out of our control such as; court system closures/quarantines where we could experience delays in collecting information necessary for the completion of a background check, and drug screening collection locations that may close prompting a candidate to travel further to an open location. Should any of these situations arise, we will communicate any delays on our announcements page which you see immediately after logging in to our website.  

As our employees work from home, it may be faster for you to use email or chat to communicate with us. However, we will still be checking voice mail and returning phone calls, but please note that electronic communications will be preferred. IntelliCorp will continue sending notification updates on the status of our office if any changes are made.
