On March 14, 2016, the city of Philadelphia amended their ‘ban the box’ law. As part of this amended law, employers in the city are mandated to display a new poster restating the major elements of “Philadelphia’s Fair Chance Hiring Law”. The post must be placed in a conspicuous place on the employer’s website and premises, where applicants and employees are most likely to notice and read it.
