To order credit products through IntelliCorp, please review the required documentation
below. Please note that credit products can only be accessed for pre-employment
and/or tenant screening purposes.
Pre-Employment Screening
To order credit products for Pre-Employment Screening, complete the following forms:
Additionally, your organization may be subject to a site inspection. You must provide
a contact for a site inspection of your company’s primary business location. Please
be aware there is a fee associated with the site inspection. For more specific instructions, please review the Credit Credentialing Instructions document.
Tenant Screening
To order credit products for Pre-Tenant Screening, complete the following forms:
Additionally, your organization may be subject to a site inspection. You must provide
a contact for a site inspection of your company’s primary business location. Please
be aware there is a fee associated with the site inspection. For more specific instructions, please review the Credit Credentialing Instructions document.
Sole Proprietorships/Partnerships
In addition to the items listed above, you must also complete the following forms:
Businesses Open Less Than 1 (One) Year:
Two of the following items:
- A copy of a utility or phone bill in the business name for service at the principle
place of business
- A copy of the lease, or proof or property ownership by business, at the principle
place of business
- A copy of a business bank statement addressed to the owner(s) at the principal place
of business
